About this event

Join Puply for a 30 minute Puppy Cuddle class followed by a 25 minute Sound Healing class with smoothies. 

Join our hub of tranquility, with breath-worth and mediation exercises to calm your mind. Stimulating alpha and theta brain waves, our Sound Baths are designed to help you unwind, whilst releasing any tension you may have. We use Tibetan sing bowls, wind chimes and crystal sing bowls to encourage restoration.

Rocket your serotonin levels with Puppy Cuddles and a Sound Bath. 

Unwind, reset and find your calm.

Who are we?

Puply offers a yo-topia for humans and puppies, whilst creating a safe space for our furry friends to be socialised. We follow classes with cocktails to get you charged for the weekend. Happier people, happier pups.
